While the Company is not currently undergoing recruitment activities, personal information is used for the following purposes when hiring.

7. Formulation and continuous improvement of the Personal Information Protection Compliance Program
In order to implement this privacy policy, the Company has formulated voluntary rules (Personal Information Protection Compliance Program) which include basic rules for the protection of personal information. These rules are made known to all Company employees and related parties, and are implemented, maintained, and continually improved upon.
