Coexistence between society and the global environment is indispensable for achieving sustainable growth over the long term. The business of the E∙J Group itself is intended to support the development of society, while at the same time protect the environment and mitigate the burden placed on the environment. While the Group business itself contributes to society and the environment, the E∙J Group aims to incorporate sustainable perspectives advocated through various initiatives, such as the SDGs, into its business, allowing it to contribute more proactively. With regard to governance, as a company involved in public works projects, we are promoting the establishment of a basic system to ensure not only compliance and ethics, but also transparency in management, fairness in activities, etc. At the same time, we are strengthening efforts made on other aspects of governance as well, such as "quick and bold decisions" and "creating an offensive posture."
